Save 1% of the base purchase price of new built home
All you need to do is give me a call before you begin your search for a new built home in the Denver Metro and/or surrounding area. Once we have discussed and assessed your wants and needs, and have agreed that I will represent you as your Buyer’s Agent* in the house purchase transaction, the rest is easy.
You simply:

Begin your search/tour of new home developments, with or without my assistance (whatever we have agreed upon)

Provide the on-site builder’s representative with one of my business cards and identify me as your Broker (I will provide you with business cards to use)

After you have decided on a property you would like to purchase, you will need to coordinate a date and time when we can all meet with the builder’s rep. to sign a purchase contract

We meet together with the builder’s representative to sign your purchase contract. At this meeting I will notify the builder of the 1% rebated commission back to you, the buyer. (Everything will be in writing and signed by all parties.)

At the closing table you will receive a rebate amount equal to 1% of the base purchase price of the new built property
It’s that easy!
